Accommodation with Country Charm and Hospitality

We have just six (6) spacious guest rooms complete with ensuite and small kitchenette. All rooms have a Queen Sized Bed.

Some have either a sofa bed or single bed as well.

In rooms with more than one bed, please note that there is a charge for using additional bed/s in the room. Our rates quoted reflect the number of people and number of beds used; eg 2A in 2 beds is a higher rate than 2A in 1 bed. 3 people in a room is considered a family room rate.

Our rooms encompass the entire width of the building, and parking and access to your room is from the back verandah (western side) with French Doors opening onto the front verandah. Reception is also at the front in the centre of the building.

Our Room Rates

Your Room Rate includes your Continental Breakfast of a selection of Cereals, Juice and Bread of your choice for toast and a selection of jams, vegemite, honey and peanut butter. We use fresh Lite White milk in the rooms for our guests. If you have any special dietary requirements, eg gluten free, soy milk, lactose free milk, allergies, etc, please let us know so we can have it ready for you.

Cancellation Policy - 1 or 2 rooms, 1 or 2 nights :

Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a “first night” cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy - 3 or more rooms or 3 or more nights :

Cancellations made within 7 days, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.

Cancellations made between 8 - 14 days notice incurs a "first night" cancellation fee per room booked.

Other Useful Information

We also have a guest BBQ. You bring the fresh stuff and we provide condiments, crockery and cutlery, including salad bowls and dressings and sauce.

There are many excellent places where you can eat in Cowra. Our Favourite is The Quarry Restaurant (Friday and Saturday - lunch and dinner and Thursday - Sunday lunch), and is within walking distance. There are 3 Clubs, several good Pubs, Chinese, Indian and Thai cuisine also available.
